Karel Sidney Doing

Artist, Filmmaker

An internationally renowned independent artist, filmmaker and university lecturer, specializing in experimental film, eco-art and the intersection of art and ecology. He holds a PhD in Film, Animation and Sound, with over 30 years of creative experience. His works have been exhibited and awarded worldwide, and he has received multiple grants from Arts Council England, delivering global workshops and keynote speeches on experimental film creation.

Dr Arhat Virdi​​​​​

Doctor of Philosophy

Economics Lecturer at Oxford’s Oriel & St Catherine’s Colleges, Research Fellow at Saïd Business School and a two-time winner of LSE’s Best Economics Teacher Award. He has senior management experience at the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and is now a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Hong Kong, with research on methodological issues in economics and financial analysis.

Dr Dannielle Wellington

Mmolecular Biologist

Course Training Director at Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Medicine, PhD Supervisor, molecular biologist and Oxford STEM Ambassador. Her research focuses on viral control mechanisms and the role of IFITM3 in inhibiting various viruses. She is experienced in teaching academic communication, writing skills and career development.

Prof. Iona Millwood

Associate Professor of Epidemiology

Associate Professor of Epidemiology at Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Population Health, PhD Supervisor and Group Leader of Genetic Epidemiology. She directs the Genetic Epidemiology for the MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology, with research on cardiometabolic and chronic diseases via genetic epidemiology. She has published over 270 papers in top journals like The Lancet, with research covered by BBC and CNN.
